___ 2. Everything Under the Sun for Winter Texans assumes no financial responsibility for typographical errors after approval of ad copy from merchant.
___ 3. Once proof is provided to advertiser, it must be reviewed and approved by date specified on proof or it will be assumed approved by advertiser. If corrections are not received by date indicated on proof ad will be printed as shown on proof.
___ 4. All ad content will be reviewed and approved by Everything Under the Sun for Winter Texans. The word "free" may not be used in the text unless the article or service is actually free. If there are other stipulations or qualifications they must so be stated.
___ 5. Everything Under the Sun for Winter Texans assumes no financial responsibility for print quality due to printer errors. Remedy will be limited to reprint of same advertisement at an appropriated discounted rate.
___ 6. Everything Under the Sun for Winter Texans does not assume responsibility for enforcing licensing requirements or to verify licensure with respect to licensed professions, trades or products.
___ 7. Minimum Payment Terms: Fifty percent of ad cost is due prior to publication if credit has not been established with Everything Under the Sun for Winter Texans. Invoices will be submitted prior to printing with net due 30 days from distribution. A 10% late fee will be charge on balances not paid within 30 days of publication distribution. Late payments will result in loss of frequency discount for 6 months.
